the pelicans' secret

  3. Why were there lots of new plants growing in and around the edge of the lake? The water in the link

  5. Why did the pelicans form a circle around the school of fish? Becoast they are hungry.
  6. Why did the pelicans herd the fish into the shallow water? So they can scooped them in their long bills.
  7. Why did the pelicans land gently near their nests? Because of the baby chick.
  8. Why will the pelicans leave Lake Birdwood? Because the water would dry up in the link.
  9. Why did Grandma and the boy stay watching the pelicans all day? Because they enjoy learning about  the pelican.
